At 2 a.m. Friday, a low-pressure area (LPA) was estimated based on satellite and surface data at 730 km east of Visayas while a monsoon trough is across Central and Southern Luzon.
First there was typhoon 'labuyo', next there was typhoon 'maring', and now another low pressure to pour more rains into the country all in a matter of 2 weeks....
